Atlas

Terms of service

Last updated 2 August 2026

Draft. This text is a placeholder pending legal review and is not yet a binding agreement.

Who this agreement is between

Atlas is operated by Diggi. These terms cover your use of the Atlas learning platform, whether you reached it through your employer's account or created one yourself.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself. Tell your administrator if you think someone else has it. Accounts belong to a single person — they are not to be shared between colleagues.

What your organisation can see

An administrator at your organisation can see which courses you have been assigned, how far through them you are, and the certificates you have earned. They cannot see the answers you gave on individual attempts unless the course is marked by a person.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to reach content or records belonging to another organisation.
  • Do not upload material you do not have the right to share.
  • Do not use the platform to send anything unlawful, harassing, or misleading.

Certificates

A certificate records that a course was completed on a given date. Anyone holding its identifier can check that record. It is a statement of completion and nothing more — it is not a professional qualification, and Diggi does not accredit it.

Availability

We aim to keep Atlas available, but it is provided as-is. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where we can. Nothing here promises uninterrupted service.

Ending your access

Your organisation can deactivate your account at any time. If it does, your completion records stay with the organisation and any certificates already issued remain checkable.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will say so before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Atlas after that means you accept the new version.

How we handle personal data is set out separately in the privacy policy.
